Holder's Special Duty 3533:
• Special Duty is a real powerhouse that is loaded with muscle, volume, capacity, masculinity, and character. He is a full bother to RB Active Duty 010 and two of the breed’s dominant name brand females, RB Lady Standard 305- 890 and RB Lady Standard 305-02.
• Most high profile sires make an early splash with promotion, fantastic weight, glitzy photographs, and human hype. Special Duty took another route to get his attention. He, along with 5 flush brothers, bred commercial heifers in a 36,000-acre pasture in New Mexico before he jumped through the numerous hurdles to be a registered A.I. stud bull and after passing the DD and genomic tests, came front and center.
• Cow power is a big topic among breeders and if it is a concern of yours, then you will love the power, performance, and production behind Special Duty. He stacks the feed efficiency of New Standard with udder quality of LCC Sunset K3118, and the length, growth, and foot size/structure of the Lady cow line that comes through VRD. The prowess of these breed impacting matrons backed by their sires has been the key to the success of Active Duty and Tour of Duty.
• Special Duty, with his genomic evaluation, excels Active Duty with lower birth, more growth, and double the marbling with a tad more length and stature. He is a really big barreled beef bull with lots of natural spring of rib in his conformation. He has the convenience traits necessary for low cost, low risk, fault-free production.
